1. Introduction
These Terms govern your access to and use of the S9s9 wagering and gaming platform (the “Website”). By visiting, registering or otherwise using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy and any game-, product- or promotion-specific rules published on the Website (together the “Terms”). The current version of the Terms is available on the Website. We may update the Terms from time to time for regulatory compliance or other reasons; continued use after changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. S9s9 is operated by a registered entity incorporated in Belize (the “Operator”).
2. Your Account

2.1 Legal eligibility
By registering an Account you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that gambling is lawful where you reside. You must determine whether use of the Website is legal in your jurisdiction. The Operator may refuse service to residents of any jurisdiction at its sole discretion where required by law or policy.

2.2 Registration of Account
To participate, you must register an Account with current information including a valid mobile number, email address, chosen username and password. You must provide your real name, and we may verify the information supplied. Changes to data such as your legal name are allowed only in circumstances approved by Customer Support. You must keep login credentials confidential and not disclose them to others; we will never request your password.

2.3 Account issues
If you forget your password or suspect unauthorized access or cheating/collusion, you must report it immediately. We may void bets or transactions where we reasonably determine that: (a) the outcome was influenced by the Account holder or an associate; (b) Website rules were breached; (c) there was criminal activity affecting the result; (d) odds changed significantly due to public information; (e) bets were accepted during a technical failure; or (f) an error occurred due to human, mechanical or force majeure events. We may suspend or close accounts and void related play, and may block future accounts opened from the same person, device, address or payment method. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is offered as additional protection; you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

2.4 Warranties and representations
By registering you warrant: (i) you are at least 18 years old (or older under applicable law) and legally permitted to participate; (ii) you participate for personal, recreational purposes only; (iii) you act on your own behalf and not as an agent; (iv) you are not a resident of restricted jurisdictions; (v) all information provided is true, complete and up to date; (vi) you will promptly notify us of changes; (vii) you are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on winnings; (viii) all funds deposited originate from legitimate sources; (ix) you understand and accept the risk of losing deposits; (x) you will not engage in fraud, collusion, match fixing or unlawful activity; (xi) you will use only payment methods legally belonging to you; (xii) proprietary software is protected by law and used for private entertainment; (xiii) you will conduct yourself respectfully toward other players and staff; and (xiv) certain professional esports or competitor- affiliated roles may be restricted from participation.
3. Multi Accounts

3.1 Single Account rule
Each person may register and use only one Account on the Website.

3.2 Household, IP and device restrictions
Only one Account per household, IP address and device is permitted unless advance written approval is obtained from our Customer Support in writing.

3.3 Duplicate accounts
If you attempt to register more than one Account, we may block or close any or all of your Accounts and void or cancel all bets, block bonuses and withdrawals, and forfeit any winnings associated with duplicate accounts.

3.4 Self-exclusion and re-registration
The duplicate-account provisions apply to users who previously self-excluded or closed an Account and then attempt to re-register without our prior written consent.
4. Payouts

4.1 Winnings
Winnings become available in your Account once the outcome of a Game is confirmed and markets are settled. Funds are credited to your balance for withdrawal or further play.

4.2 Erroneous credits
If we credit your Account in error, the mistaken amount remains the property of the Operator and will be deducted. If you have already withdrawn such funds, you owe a debt to the Operator for the amount withdrawn.

4.3 Verification and anti‑money-laundering checks
We may require additional verification procedures for withdrawals and will monitor transactions to detect and prevent money laundering. Withdrawals may be subject to further checks prior to approval.
5. Deposits

5.1 Methods and availability
Deposits may be made online via supported debit/credit cards, e-wallets or bank transfers. Cash or cheques are not accepted. Some methods may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions.

5.2 Currencies and conversion
Payments are accepted in multiple currencies. Deposits in a currency other than your Account currency will be converted at the prevailing rate, and any exchange premium is your responsibility.

We do not offer credit; deposits are immediate and non-reversible unless required by applicable law.

Where wagering requirements apply to a deposit, those requirements must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.

5.7 Third‑party deposits
Third‑party deposits are prohibited. Winnings derived from unauthorised third‑party deposits may be voided; where detected, the deposit will be returned to the rightful account owner and applicable winnings forfeited.
6. Withdrawals

7. Account Closure

7.1 Voluntary closure
You may close your Account at any time by contacting Support. Withdrawable balances may be paid subject to applicable withdrawal fees and the chosen payment method.

The Operator may close an Account for any reason, refunding the withdrawable balance less any applicable charges.

7.3 Bonus cancellation
Bonuses unused within one month may be cancelled.

7.4 Fraud and suspension
Withdrawal may be refused and the Account suspended where fraud is suspected or detected.

7.5 Bonus abuse
Identified “bonus hunters” or “bonus abusers” may forfeit all bonuses and winnings and have their Accounts suspended.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data‑protection law. We implement reasonable security measures to protect data and retain records as required by law for the purposes set out in our policies.
9. Financial Activity

9.1 Money laundering and related risks
If we suspect money laundering, fraud or other irregularities, we may block Accounts, void withdrawals, confiscate balances and report such matters to the relevant authorities.

9.2 Cheating and collusion
Collusive behaviour or other unfair practices are prohibited. We monitor play and may disable offending Accounts and seize funds where warranted.

9.3 Fraudulent activity
Use of VPNs, proxies or acting on behalf of another person constitutes fraudulent activity. We may suspend such Accounts, seize balances and report to law enforcement authorities as appropriate.
10. Live Chat
We may provide a moderated chat facility for recreational interaction, subject to the following rules: no sexually explicit, racist, hateful or profane language; no abusive, defamatory or harassing remarks about the Website or the Operator; no advertising or promotion of other sites; do not post untrue or malicious statements about the Website or Operator; collusion through chat is forbidden and may be reported to regulators; breach of chat rules may result in chat removal or immediate Account termination with refund of withdrawable balance only.
11. Crashed or Aborted Games

11.1 System issues
The Website is not responsible for downtime, server disruption, lag or political/technical disturbances. Refunds are granted solely at the Operator’s discretion.

11.2 Other losses
We accept no liability for losses alleged to result from technical issues, data loss or communication failure.

11.3 Wager treatment on crashes
Wagers are void in the event of a game-system malfunction. If a Game miscarries after starting, the wager is returned and any accrued credit is paid to you.

11.4 Cash-out timing
Cash-out requests made during a Crash implementation require at least one second to reach the server; earlier requests are not guaranteed.
12. Duties
S9s9 may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent.
13. Complaints
Complaints should be directed to our Support team. We aim to resolve matters promptly. Queries regarding transactions will be investigated and our decision is final.
14. Agreement & Admissibility
These Terms, policies and any referenced documents constitute the entire agreement between you and S9s9 and supersede all prior communications. A printed version of these Terms is admissible in legal proceedings. If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the provision shall be severed and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect. Where translations differ, the English version prevails. These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize. The courts of Belize shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable arbitration rules.
15. Intellectual Property and Copyright
“S9s9” and the S9s9 marks are trademarks owned by the Operator. Unauthorised use may lead to prosecution. All content on the Website is protected by copyright. No reproduction or storage is permitted without prior written consent. The Operator is proprietor or licensee of all technology, software and systems on the Website.
