Scope and interpretation
This Bonus Policy governs all promotional offers available to players on S9s9. By participating in any bonus offer, you agree to be bound by these terms and the general Terms of Service. In case of inconsistency between a promotion-specific term and this Bonus Policy, the promotion-specific term prevails for that promotion.
Eligibility and eligibility checks
- Bonuses are limited to one per person, per household, per email address, per telephone number, per payment account, per IP address, and per device or shared computer. S9s9 reserves the right to identify and prevent circumvention attempts.
- Promotions may be restricted by country or jurisdiction where prohibited by law. Participation requires full compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.
Bonus types and deposit requirements
Deposit Welcome Bonus: The first qualifying deposit requires a minimum of 2000 RUB or equivalent. The offer comprises a 250% match plus 150 free spins, subject to the wagering requirements below and the specific promotional terms published with the offer. The total bonus value and free spins awarded depend on the amount deposited.
Other bonuses and promotions may be offered from time to time. Each promotional offer has its own set of eligibility criteria, playthrough requirements, and expiration periods documented with the promotion.
Wagering requirements and playthrough
Unless otherwise stated in a promotion’s terms, all bonuses are subject to a playthrough requirement of 45 times the sum of the bonus and any winnings attributable to bonus funds before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering contributes differently across game categories as described below.
Contribution toward wagering
- Slots: 100% toward wagering (Betsoft slots with the Double Up option contribute 50%).
- Roulette: 5% toward wagering.
- Scratch cards: 25% toward wagering.
- Live Casino: 0% toward wagering.
- Poker, Videopoker and Other eligible games: 5% toward wagering.
Excluded games and restrictions on bonus funds
A defined set of games is excluded from contributing toward wagering with bonus funds. Live games contribute 0% toward wagering. The complete list of excluded games is published in the Bonus Policy and applies to all promotions where indicated. The use of bonus funds for certain game titles may result in forfeiture of bonus eligibility and winnings.
No-deposit bonuses and free spins
No-deposit free spins are subject to a maximum win cap of 5000 RUB. Winnings from no-deposit bonuses or free spins are considered bonus funds and must be wagered at the standard 45x playthrough unless stated otherwise in the promotion. Winnings in excess of the cap are void. A withdrawal of no-deposit winnings requires at least one deposit in the player’s account.
Withdrawal flow and limitations
Withdrawals are permitted only after the wagering requirements for the applicable bonus have been met and all promotion-specific conditions have been satisfied. Withdrawals may be restricted if a bonus is still unsettled or if it is determined that a promotion has been abused. Funds derived from bonus activity may be removed if the conditions are not met.
Promotions timing, expiry and inactivity
Most promotions run for a defined period. Free spins issued with bonuses must be used within 24 hours; unutilized spins expire automatically. Bonuses credited to an account may expire if the account shows prolonged inactivity, after which any remaining bonus balance may be forfeited.
Bonus abuse and enforcement
S9s9 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, creating multiple accounts, using proxies or VPNs to circumvent restrictions, exploiting promotional mechanics, or placing bets designed to extract risk-assisted profits. If abuse is suspected, S9s9 may (i) deny ongoing eligibility for promotions, (ii) modify or cancel the affected bonus, (iii) forfeit bonus winnings, (iv) suspend or close the user’s account and confiscate funds as permitted by governing law.
Compliance and support
S9s9 may require identity verification and other compliance checks (KYC/AML) prior to approving withdrawals or promotional eligibility. The company reserves the right to make final determinations on bonuses, wagering, and withdrawals. Support is available to assist with bonus-related inquiries during defined business hours and will respond in accordance with internal policies.
